I'm not sure if iTunes is compatible with my computer operating system because when I try to install it, it says the installation is completed but it says there was an error so it won't let me get itunes! Do I have to reinstall the operating system to get past this problem? Thus I uninstalled it and tried again with x64, but the same error as above about copying the Windows installation files.
